Delhi Bhagavatam Program

Sripad Siddhanti Maharaja held a very exciting Bhagavat-saptaha (one-week reciting of the Srimad-Bhagavam) in Delhi. Subtle background music was playing as he spoke, and every thirty minutes or so, Krsnadasa and other singers would sing a kirtan that related to the subject matter.

Over 600 people were in attendance every evening and were enraptured by the lovely hari-katha, kirtan and sumptous prasadam.

I was fortunate to be in attendance on the final night and meet so many of the sincere attendees. I brought a box of the newly printed Hindi Way of Love and gave everyone I met one as a gift (thanks to the GVP Sponsorship program). Everyone was so grateful and had many sincere and thoughtful questions about our society and philosophy.

I also received over 40 emails for the hari-katha mailing list (Hint: you all can do that too and email me their names)

Srila Gurudeva ki jaya!

(PS – He is holding another week-long Saptaha in Delhi for a week in December. A team of ladies from Vrndavana will go to distribute books at this program.)
